Qualified Supervision

Providing quality, affordable, and convenient social work supervision to MSWs seeking LCSW licensure…

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re working on advanced social work licensure… and that you found us.

Choosing a clinical supervisor is one of the most significant professional decisions you will make, as supervision transforms the theories and techniques you learned in graduate school into applications and actions.

A smooth, successful transition from theory to practice will give you the experience and confidence to provide services with expertise.

I am eager to offer my extensive experience as a supervisor to help you develop as a clinician and prepare for the LCSW exam!

Letha Page, LCSW

As an experienced LCSW supervisor…

I provide clinical supervision for social workers seeking licensure and professional development.

My approach offers a supportive and educational space to deepen clinical skills, enhance self-awareness, and navigate the complexities of therapeutic work with confidence.

Through structured and reflective supervision, we will explore case conceptualization, ethical considerations, countertransference, and evidence-based interventions.

Whether you’re working with trauma, anxiety, depression, or systemic challenges, I am here to guide you in developing clinical competence and a strong professional identity.

Supervision is more than a requirement.

It’s an opportunity for growth, insight, and support.

This can be an overwhelming process in the beginning, so let’s walk through it together.

Here are the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work requirements:

  • Supervision with MSWs for two (2) hours per month. We offer a two-hour group session twice a month and/or a one-hour individual session.
  • MSWs meet with their supervisor for 100 total hours in no less than 100 weeks.
  • MSWs need 18 months of post-master’s clinical work when they submit their paperwork to the Board to be eligible to sit for the licensing exam.

Boost your skills and your confidence…

Group Supervision

  • Pursue your professional goals in addition to the ten (10) core social work competencies and foundations of a licensed independent social worker
  • Read the DSM-V and the Code of Ethics
  • Study various therapeutic modalities and medications
  • Review clinical-inspired multiple-choice questions
  • Present cases and ethical dilemmas to the group for feedback
  • Make connections to other social workers in various settings

The group setting is recommended for the majority of your time in supervision.

Individual Supervision

  • Individual time with the MSW and me, Letha Page, qualified supervisor
  • Present cases and ethical dilemmas to me for feedback

Individual supervision is used for additional support to track your progress, review goals, look at specific modalities for your clients, and reaffirm your knowledge as needed.

Here’s how you get started!

Reach out to Letha via our Contact page and request to schedule a supervision consultation.

We’ll schedule that consultation session to meet and discuss your supervision goals. You are also welcome to ask your questions at that time. Based on this conversation, we will determine if we are a good fit for each other before we begin our supervisory relationship.

When you attend your first session, we will complete the application forms. We will also complete the supervision agreement/contract. We will sign the forms, and you will provide a copy to Letha and Anne and then mail them to the Board at the conclusion of your total supervision hours.

Supervision with Letha is considered “outside supervision,” so a letter from your employer, on agency letterhead, with Letha’s or Anne’s name and credentials listed, is required.

Letha and Anne will keep several copies of the forms you sent to the Board. Please keep a copy for your records.

When mailing your forms at the end of your total supervision hours, we encourage you to mail your application certified with a return receipt. This means you’ll receive a tracking number, and someone from the Board has to sign for your application when they receive it (email and fax it, too). A paper trail is important!

We look forward to meeting you and starting our working relationship!
